We are delighted to welcome two new members to our community band! Joining us are a trombone player and cornet player, adding their talents to our growing ensemble. It’s always exciting to see new faces and hear fresh sounds blending into the band, and we can’t wait to make music together.
We’re also pleased to welcome back a familiar face—our former senior band bass player Derek who is now assisting with our band library proving invaluable help behind the scenes, keeping our music collection organized and accessible.
If you’ve ever fancied having a go at a brass instrument or if you’ve played in the past and are thinking about picking it up again, we’d love to hear from you! We’re especially looking for players of larger instruments, and we currently have an E♭ bass seat available for anyone up for the challenge.
